Is there a cost to have a consultation with Dr. Pearson?

I live outside of Canada. How do I connect with Dr. Pearson?
All international consultations are conducted virtually or by telephone - whatever works best for you. Our preference is virtual, if possible, as it enables more of a personal connections.

Are all international appointments with Dr. Pearson?
Yes. All international appointments will be booked with Dr. Pearson.

Can I become Dr. Pearson's patient if I live outside Canada?
If you live outside Canada, unfortunately you will not become a patient of Dr. Pearson’s in the traditional sense. He cannot write your medical cannabis prescription nor provide any kind of medical care. Instead, he will act as a trusted, expert health advisor. He will review your medical history and records, chat with you about your local treatment options, provide guidance and advice regarding academic and clinical evidence, and liaise with your medical team at home, if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 48 hours notice. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another patient to access that appointment time. Should you be unable to provide 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $150 CAD will apply.

How and when do I pay for my appointment?
Payments for international appointments must be made online with a credit card, using our secure system, at least 24 hours in advance to hold your spot.
